During your 21 day stay you can expect to enjoy an extraordinary amount of healthy & delicious daily food, freshly prepared super foods smoothies and juices. You will also enjoy personalised yoga lessons, mindfulness meditation, healthy: sugar, diary, gluten free cooking lessons as well as learning cooking with sea vegetables and preparing healthy desserts.
