Macrobiotic Cooking & Yoga Retreat Weeks

Jamie’s has opened his doors and shares with you his delicious macrobiotic, vegan and raw food recipes, accompanied with nutrition talks.
His goal is to give you the tools to discover your way into great food and make a better choice about what you are eating.


Lunch is served at 2pm and after you will have free time to enjoy the surroundings. Go for a walk through the sea cliff or following the trails of Es vedra or spoil yourself with a shiatsu massage with Kasia.

There is an evening talk to complete what we have learned in the morning, before sit down and enjoy warm dinner together. Enjoy a relaxing meditation or movie before bedtime.

INTENTION

The Macrobiotic Cooking and Yoga Retreat intention is to give everyone the tools to make a purposeful choice about what we eat and our daily diet. We will show how to plan a balanced macrobiotic based menu, how to use the best of raw vegan/Plant-based Paleo diet, with recipes we advise, how to combine foods, sea vegetables, super-foods and herbs...

Combined with yoga and treatments, this learning week will make you a stronger version of yourself!

 

PROGRAM

The day starts with morning a walk or run along the beach and cliffs then yoga and Do-In (Japanese self-massage) with breathing exercise and relaxation techniques session followed by a vibrant breakfast. After there will be a interactive talk about vegetarian, macrobiotic, vegan, raw food diet and other health related topics. Every day there is a culinary workshop before lunch or before dinner to learn, hands-on, how to prepare delicious dishes for your everyday meals.

13:00 - Lunch & Spare time for relax or do activities

17:30 - Nutrition talk or Cooking workshop

20:00 - Dinner

21:00 – Meditation or Movie
