I am passionate about fitness, health & nutrition and believe that every bit of food we eat influences how we look, feel and think. I love making healthy living accessible and simple, and believe that healthy eating should be a lifestyle. I have over 25 years experience in natural cuisine.  







My approach to nutrition is simple, and focuses on an abundance of high quality natural, primarily plant based, whole foods. These foods contain a perfect balance of nutrients and antioxidants and function as true nourishment for our bodies, nourishing from the inside out, leaving us feeling and looking our best.

I offer bespoke, personal chef  services executively within central London area also cooking lessons for individuals or small groups. I also offer a personal chef training in macrobiotic, vegan, raw plant-based-paleo in fine dining menus for restaurants, canteens, or cafes.
I have a especially designed 10 day or 21 day back to health and fitness programme design  to give you optimum vibrant health
to deal with life's challenges.
