• Personal Chef - It is possible to cook at your place of residence. We can prepare in your home fresh, healthy, organic and macrobiotic-inspired meals.
  
  They will be prepared for you based on your health condition, needs, likes/dislikes, metabolism, the changing seasons etc. A typical meal will include a variety of food items: Grains, Vegetables, Sea Vegetables, Kuzu, Miso, Shitake Mushrooms etc.
