During your stay with
us you will learn the art of macrobiotic
cooking and the oriental approach to health. You will
receive a shiatsu massage treatment and may try out our
daily yoga or just relax by the pool and join in classes
as you please.
You can hire a car and have the freedom to explore Ibiza's
many beaches, vineyards, traditional villages, hill paths
and archeological sites.

Stretches for health-morning exercises
to create more flexibility and energy in the body - Yoga,
Do-in and Meridian stretches.
Food energetics - how the
food we eat affect our organs, emotions and the quality
of blood.
Hands-on cooking classes
preparing lots of delicious meals with grains, seaweed,
beans, tofu, tempeh, and healing ingredients (miso, kuzu,
lotus root, umeboshi, mochi and shitake).
Learning how to make seitan,
pressed pickles and making healthy desserts
without sugar.
Natural home remedies-preparing
drinks, compresses and plasters for digestion problems,
tiredness, headache, flu, period pains, low sexual energy,
asthma, arthritis, weight problems.
Reading the body based on Oriental
diagnosis includes facial diagnosis in which different
regions of the face relate to the internal organs, and
other methods of reading changes in the skin, voice, posture,
mood and emotions.

The
Accommodation The villa is located on
top of a terraced valley full of olive, fig, lemon and
carob trees and surrounded by colorful range of wild flowers,
pinewoods and aromatic herbs. The house has a large outside
dining area and chill-out lounging terraces with panoramic
views. There is a swimming pool ideal for relaxing and
soaking up the sun.
There are 2 twin rooms and 2 double rooms with a shared
bathroom and an independent en-suite pool house with double
bed and bathroom.
The grounds provide shaded areas and there
are quiet spaces in which to unwind, listen to music,
read and absorb the atmosphere. The villa is near to the
picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis with its wide choice
of bars and restaurants.
